Signing in or creating a profile

Open My learning, sign in with ChatGPT, and create a learner profile. Use the same account across devices to access the same progress.

Progress is missing

Check that you are signed in to the same account. Refresh the page, reopen your pathway and check its completed activities. Progress is saved when you mark an activity complete; reading a lesson does not automatically complete it.

Finding your certificate

For an assessed certificate, complete all five workshop activities, save at least 40 characters of evidence in each of the four workbook sections and pass the automatic assessment. The text minimum records completion; it does not grade project quality. Pass with at least 4/5 knowledge answers and all 3/3 applied checks correct. A passing result is retained if you retry. Your certificate appears in My learning automatically once all requirements are met. Older milestones remain available.

Posting, liking or replying

Sign in before participating. Messages must be 10–3,000 characters. If you receive a wait message, allow the indicated time before trying again. Use Contact us to report community content and include its title or page address.

An external course or link has a problem

External providers manage their own course accounts, fees and access. Contact that provider for account or payment help. Let us know if a link in the hub is broken or outdated.
