Usage & privacy

We count page views by day and page to understand how this hub is used. These counts do not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, visitor identifiers or browsing histories. No analytics cookies are used. A repeat visit or reload counts again; automated traffic may still be included.

If you sign in and create a learner profile, the site saves your chosen name, interests, completed activities and certificates against your account. Workbooks, assessment scores, feedback and attempt counts are also saved. Use fictional or permitted information in workbooks. Anonymous practice answers are marked but not stored. Only you can access your learner dashboard. Certificate verification is private by default; if you enable a public link, anyone with it can see your chosen name, course, date, score and assessment scope. You can disable the link at any time. The owner sees aggregate learner and completion totals.

Community posts and display names are public to visitors. Do not post private information. ChatGPT sign-in is handled by OpenAI and is subject to its privacy policy. The owner can remove community posts and replies that breach the community guidance. Report a post or reply using its Report link.

Private contact messages include your account identifier, name, email address and message. They are accessible only to the site owner and retained for up to 90 days, or until the owner deletes them.

Daily traffic counts are retained for up to 90 days. Saved learning and posts remain until removed. You can delete your own community posts and replies and disable public certificate verification. To request a copy, correction or deletion of saved learner information, email hello@yourpaceai.com or choose Privacy request on Contact us. Identify the information you mean; we may need to confirm which account it belongs to. Do not send your password. Aggregate usage reporting began with this feature; earlier traffic is not available.
